►Established in the year -24/07/2006 installing with Galaxy Midas-6 Turning centre by investing Rs.16 lacs.
►Trained more than 1000 school & college dropouts, who are placed in reputed Industries of Belgaum & neighboring states earning their livelihood .
►To inculcate additional skills & to increase employability we have installed new BFW make CNC Vertical Full Fledged Machining centre , Gaurav model-BMV 35 TC 20 a latest machine which is widely used in Industries for the manufacturing. The cost of machine with all accessories & tooling etc is about Rs.32 lacs. Trained Students on such machine can work in Industries as a CNC operators ,CNC programmers. Definitely it realizes “Make in India” a dream of our Prime minister.
► The training module is well designed ,provides basic knowledge about the machine, its specifications and parts & functions, control panel, precautions to be taken while loading/unloading, machining axis & motion nomenclatures, parameters, tool , cutters with nomenclatures. Selection of tool s, mounting in tool magazine with ATC, tool setting/off setting, G-codes, M-codes, part programming & entering in machine , simulation, actual programming & working on machine
►All the trainees are given opportunity to work on machine independently & to practice tool fixing, job fixing, tool setting, practice of control panel keys, machine start & stop, functioning of all other miscellaneous units.
►Trainees will be also trained for machine safety, operator safety ,use of safety devices, safety precautions, prevention of accidents, measures to be taken in case of accident.
► Soft skills, Communications will also be taught.
